Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to the authorised members of staff. Your personal health information may be used for National & State Health Registers, quality assurance (Accreditation) and for continuity of care with other treating health professionals.
If our staff or service have not lived up to your expectations please let us know. You can make a complaint to any Mamu Health Service Limited staff member or by filling out our Complaints Form. We respect your privacy. Your information is confidential and will only be seen by relevant staff. We appreciate you taking the time to make your complaint.
