To apply for a Confirmation of Aboriginality, Please call Mamu Administration on 4061 9988 or visit 23 Glady Street to pick up and application form. Once you submit the form it will be taken to the next Board of Directors meeting for approval.

To register as a client of Mamu you will need to fill in a Patient Registration Form. All Mamu Clinics have these forms available at reception. You can book an appointment before filling in a registration form and by calling your nearest Mamu clinic.

If you would like to make a complaint about Mamu, you can fill out a feedback form which can be found at any of our receptions or you can email your complaint to complaints@mamuhsl.org.au
Yes, if it is an urgent matter you can walk in and be triaged and seen accordingly
No, when you require a new script please contact Mamu and organise an appointment.
