Key Responsibilities
- Support families through the Family-Led Decision Making process.
- Facilitate meetings with parents, children and kin.
- Develop family-led plans that support child safety.
- Advocate for families and connect them with services.
- Work alongside Child Safety and community partners.

Selection Criteria
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only.
- Experience in family support, community services or child protection.
- Strong cultural capability and community engagement skills.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Current Driver Licence and Blue Card.
